Terms and Conditions of Use:

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

By using this service you are bound by the terms, conditions, and limitations contained here within this policy. The terms and conditions of this policy may be modified from time to time, and will apply to all users, and/or by completing a reservation, or other payment through this service, you acknowledge and agree to have read and understand the following terms and conditions set out below.

It is solely the responsibility of the client to be on time the day assigned to begin the cruise, otherwise they will lose their tour and there will not be a refund. If the passenger misses the flight to the island for any reason, the passenger will be responsible for paying his own transportation as well as any other expenses required to reach the yacht. Dreamkapture Travel is not responsible for changes in the flight schedules, flight cancellations, or changes in the price of the national or international airlines. The airline is the sole entity responsible for any refund and or complaints.

There will not be a refund if you don’t continue the tour for any circumstance outside of our scope of responsibility; e.g. a sickness. We suggest you take the advice of your doctor in regard to potential seasickness.

Dreamkapture Travel is not responsible for anything which may occur aboard the ship. This includes and is not limited to: personal conflicts with crew or other guest, accommodations, the quality of service, the condition of the ship, mechanical problems, changes in the itinerary, meals, damage to personal items, anything lost or stolen, additional cost for equipment, park or private property fees of any kind, etc. Once you are aboard the cruise you are in the care of the ship’s company; not Dreamkapture Travel.

*** IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH SHIP YOU ARE ON such as mechanical problems, a change in itinerary, or change of ship, you need to contact Dreamkapture Travel. We can contact the ship’s management to determine what has occurred and then negotiate with the ship’s company on your behalf. If you accept a substitute option from the ship; we will be unable to negotiate a solution or any possible reimbursement depending on the situation. Reimbursements are extremely rare and they will be determined by the ship’s company and may include a service fee.

Payment Policy

The following is our standard payment process and policies:

  • 30% of total value of the cruise per person is due at the time of confirming the reservation.

  • 100% of the remaining balance is due 60 days before departure.

  • If you are making a reservation with less than 60 days before departure, 100% of total is due upon confirmation of the reservation.

  • All payments must be completed 48 hours prior to the departure date of the cruise.

  • All payments need to be conducted and confirmed during Dreamkapture Travel’s normal business hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday – Friday, and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

    Cancellation Policy:

    If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your trip, the following fees will apply and will be computed as of the date of the receipt of written cancellation notice is received by Dreamkapture. Dreamkapture is not responsible for unreceived emails, or email that are automatically sent to spam or junk email, etc. Cancelations should be backed up with a phone call.

    Cancellation Fee Schedule:

  • 61 or more days prior to start of tour: Full refund of your deposit less a small administrative fee of 10% of tour price or $100 whichever is greater (this covers bank transactions and financial costs for cancelling your trip).

  • 60-0 days prior to the start of tour: The Fee is 100% of tour price.


Securing a Booking:
  • Booking request can be submitted from this website.
  • All rooms in the hostel are available to any client prior to being secured by a reservation and payment.
  • Availability of rooms is limited.  A request does not guarantee a reservation/booking. A hostel staff member will provide you will availability of rooms and beds (dormitories) we your request is made.
  • Bookings will be confirmed after payment is received. At which time you will receive a confirmation email with details of the booking.
  • Bookings are made by room type and not by specific rooms.
  • It is possible your booking could be altered by necessity of spaces, room availability, unforeseen issues with a room or the hostel, time of arrival or departure, etc.

Payment Methods:

To secure your reservation / booking Dreamkapture Hostel will require a full payment (or deposit if instructed) in advance, made by direct bank deposit here in Ecuador or using an online credit card payment. 

The hostel and/or billing service will require credit card details in order to process and guarantee your reservation. Required information for processing the credit card are as such:
  • Your Full Name
  • Gender
  • Country of Origin / Nationality
  • Your Email Address
  • Type of Credit Card
  • Credit Card Number and Verification Number on the back of card
  • Expiration Date
Confirmation of Booking and Payments:

By using this online payment method you are consenting and authorizing Dreamkapture to process your payment and bill your account for the stated funds.

When a payment is received and confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the person making the booking. Until such an email is received, there is no confirmation regarding your transaction. Dreamkapture Hostel will not be responsible for undeliverable emails, emails going to junk, spam or trash files by your email server. It is the sole responsibility of the client to provide us with a correct and functioning email address. Email addresses ending in: unlugar.com are unacceptable because they are undeliverable emails from us. If this applies to your email address, you will need to provide another email address which can receive emails.

Cancelations:

By making a reservation with the hostel, you accept and agree to all the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of the hostel.All cancelations must be submitted by email and only apply to hostel bookings. Cancelations will be in one of the following categories.
  • 72 hours prior to the reservation arrival time… 100% of the price of the booking will be refunded.

  • Less than 72 hours to 25 hours prior to the reservation arrival time… 50% of the price of the booking will be charged to your credit card.

  • Less than 24 hours to the reservation arrival time… 100% of the price of the booking will be charged to your credit card.

  • All No-Shows will be charge 100% of the booking price.

 

If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please refer to the confirmation email and then submit changes by email to Dreamkapture hostel. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation and no-show policy. We recommend that you read the cancellation and no-show policy of the hostel carefully prior to making your reservation.

Refunds:

When a refund option is applicable, the refund will be made in the most convenient method for the hostel. Refunds will not be instantaneous and will require time to process. Any fees, charges, or deductions required to make the refund will be assumed by the client. The hostel will not be responsible for such charges by the bank, credit card, or any other services used in making the refund to the client. Any such fees or charges required for facilitating the refund will be deducted from the amount returned to the client.

Security and Privacy:

Dreamkapture Hostel use high ethical standards and respects your privacy. We understand that people can be concerned about entering private and personal information into a website on the Internet. Your personal information is not sold, shared, given, or distributed in any way to third parties. Your information is used by only Dreamkapture to secure payment, make reservations on your behalf, and to contact you directly. Information will only be used in connection with Dreamkapture’s bank(s) to secure payment or to make a refund.
Our software services will encrypt all transactions placed online so that it cannot be read while being used on the Internet.

Limitation and Exclusion of Liability:

Dreamkapture Hostel does not warranty this site, its servers, or emails and their contents sent from us are free of viruses. We will not be liable for any damages or loses arising from the use of this site. Nor will Dreamkapture Hostel be liable for expenses, demands, including without limitation, attorney fees or cost arising out of or in connection with the use or dissemination of personal information pertaining to you in accordance with this privacy policy and your consent.

Disclaimer:

We cannot accept any liability where the hostel booking could not be fulfilled due to circumstances which we could not, even with due care, have foreseen or avoided. Such events may include, but are not limited to: war, threat of war, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, labor strikes or other industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, act of God, terrorist activities, technical problems with transportation, cancelations of flights, closures of airports, ports and/or ferries, you missing any such transportation, quarantines, epidemics, weather conditions, government actions or other events outside our control.

Dreamkapture does not warranty or give any assurances as to the operation of this website. Access to the website may be interrupted, restricted, or delayed for any reason. Dreamkapture Hostel disclaims all responsibility for any damages (including without limitation, financial loss, damages, or any other consequential losses) arising from contact, use, or inability to use the information appearing on our website(s).

The above policy can be amended, altered, or changed at any time in order to make corrections, alterations, and improvements to our policy and services.
